Meso has relaunched its restaurant concept at the Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort, folding Mediterranean technique into Puerto Rican ingredients as part of the property’s broader renovation.
Executive chef David Serrano and sous chef Ángel Santiago lead the kitchen, which is open to diners, alongside a wine program exceeding 1,600 bottles across more than 220 labels.
The relaunch is part of the Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort’s roughly $38 million renovation, though that figure covers the property-wide project rather than Meso alone.
The restaurant serves breakfast daily from 6 to 11 a.m. and dinner from 6 to 11 p.m. at the resort, 7012 Boca de Cangrejos Avenue in Isla Verde.
