The homegrown avocado-bowl chain has hung its sign at 1210 Avenida Ashford, directly across from the San Juan Marriott. No opening date has been announced.
Signage for Stuffed Avocado is up at 1210 Avenida Ashford in Condado, where “Coming Soon” posters cover the papered-over windows of a ground-floor storefront across the avenue from the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino.
The posters carry the company’s avocado logo, the line “bowls + tostadas,” and a QR code. The space was most recently occupied by Tiger Sugar & Chunky Boss, the Taiwanese brown-sugar bubble tea franchise, which listed the same 1210 Ashford address.

Stuffed Avocado Shop opened its first counter on Calle San Francisco in Old San Juan in May 2017, built around a simple idea: a whole avocado, halved and scooped, serves as the bowl. Customers pick a signature combination — mango tuna, spicy salmon, chipotle chicken, pulled pork, ground beef, chickpeas — or build their own from the topping line. The company describes itself as a Puerto Rican family business and says avocado is never charged as an extra.
The chain has since added locations in Hato Rey, at 268 Avenida Juan Ponce de León in the Hato Rey Center, and in Guaynabo at Torrimar Shopping Center, along with a Miramar shop. Its menu lists a café-and-tostadas section available at some locations but not others.
A Condado address would put the concept in the neighborhood’s densest tourist corridor for the first time, on a stretch of Ashford that turns over frequently and draws heavy hotel foot traffic.
The company has not announced an opening date, hours or a phone number for the Condado location, and its own locations page has not yet been updated to include it.
