The Ashford Avenue restaurant’s last day is this Sunday morning, August 30, as chef Paulina Escanes shifts focus to her San Patricio and Calle Loíza locations.
Chef Paulina Escanes will close her restaurant at 1451 Ashford Avenue in Condado this Sunday morning, August 30, after eight years in the space. Staff at the Ashford Avenue location confirmed the closing date to Condado Daily.
According to El Nuevo Día, Escanes said she plans to expand the service she already offers on Calle Loíza, where she also has her offices and kitchen. About four employees lost their jobs as part of the move, the chef told the outlet.
Escanes’ other two locations — San Patricio Plaza’s Liberty Square and Calle Loíza — remain open.
